Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

Conclusion of Contract
By listing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as you place the goods in the shopping cart, complete the ordering process, and click on “Buy.”
Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax. In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply, which are clearly indicated during the ordering process.
Delivery
Delivery takes place within 7–10 days after receipt of payment.

3. Right of Withdrawal
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter):

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a different type of delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
Return
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB); for the delivery of original artworks, signed or numbered Fine Art Prints, Archival Prints, Stencil Artworks, or other individually produced artworks; for printed works produced on demand (print-on-demand) that are manufactured specifically for the buyer.
