Moe has been working since the 1990s in the field of tension between graffiti, street art, and mural art. His focus lies on multi-layer stencil work that combines precision with the urban surface.

Under the term Stencilism, he develops a visual language based on reduction, cut, and controlled layering. What often appears direct and raw in public space is the result of clear planning and technical discipline.

His works are created on walls, on objects, and in temporary spaces. They move between political portraiture, figurative condensation, and quiet moments within the urban environment.

In addition to independent works, he initiated projects such as the Urban Art Hall, which existed for several years as an independent space for urban art in Berlin.
Moe does not understand street art as a quick intervention, but as a deliberate placement within the public context — reduced, precise, and lasting in its intention.
